  • Copyright Content: All text, dynamic analytical dashboards, graphic layouts, custom software codebases (backend structures, API frameworks, embedded C/Rust logic packages), database configurations, and UI scripts are protected under Indian and International Copyright Laws.

  • Restricted Actions: No user or third party may replicate, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or crawl via automated scrapers any segment of our system or hardware integration tools without prior, express written authorization from our corporate board.

4. Technical Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

EPVI designs cutting-edge IoT electricity management, prepaid PG energy tracking, and commercial carbon footprint auditing frameworks. However, the system is bound by the following technical limits:

Data & Continuity Accuracy: While our hardware aims to present granular real-time energy consumption intelligence, data streams depend heavily on local electrical stability, localized hardware installation parameters, and third-party telecom network availability. All dashboards and analytical indices are provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis without structural guarantees of uninterrupted uptime.

  • Financial & ROI Tools: Any data generated via our interactive ROI Calculators or Energy Audit Tools serves solely as an optimized operational projection. It must not be construed as a legally binding guarantee of exact financial or utility bill savings.

  • System Vulnerabilities: We implement industry-standard encryption protocols. However, the transmission of data over internet infrastructure is inherently exposed to external network anomalies. EPVI explicitly disclaims all liability for consequential, indirect, or accidental losses arising from network outages or hardware tampering handled outside our certified technicians.
